Cancer diseases are among the most dangerous and widespread. There are many reasons for their occurrence. Poor ecology, unbalanced nutrition, work in hazardous industries, constant stress, depression, etc. But in addition to these seemingly obvious reasons, there are many factors that can be completely avoided, but people cannot or do not want to give them up due to weak willpower. <\/p>\n\n

The causes of cancerous tumors are also: smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction. Many believe that alcohol primarily has a destructive effect on the liver, since it is the body’s filter, and only then affects other internal organs. But scientists have noticed a connection between alcohol consumption and the occurrence of oncological diseases. <\/p>\n\n

When consumed frequently, alcohol can contribute to the development of cancerous tumors in the oral cavity, esophagus, larynx, and stomach. If you add smoking to alcohol consumption, the chances of getting cancer increase several times! Many specialists in the field of oncological diseases urge not only to consume alcohol as little as possible, but, if possible, to completely give it up. <\/p>\n\n

A group of scientists, as a result of numerous experiments and studies, found that alcohol has a negative effect on the mammary glands, so women who abuse alcoholic beverages are at high risk of ending up on the operating table. There are frequent cases when women who have overcome cancer, after a while, start drinking alcohol again, as a result of which the malignant tumor appears again. <\/p>\n\n

Why does drinking alcohol increase the risk of cancer?<\/h2>\n\n

Scientists agree that ethanol breaks the bonds between cancer cells, which leads to their more active reproduction, which in turn contributes to the development of metastases that affect internal organs. Biologists conducted an interesting experiment during which cancer cells were repeatedly exposed to ethanol, which ultimately led to their rapid growth. <\/p>\n\n

For comparison, healthy cells were also exposed to the same effect, which eventually turned them into malignant ones. This experiment proves that regular alcohol consumption, even by a healthy person, ultimately leads to a significant increase in the risk of developing cancer. <\/p>\n\n

Of course, no one can forbid a person from drinking alcohol, but the more such information is publicized, the more likely it is that members of society will listen to it and possibly draw appropriate conclusions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n
